RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  1. You email us at hi@bymoumi.com with your order number and request to return. We will provide further instructions.

  2. You must cover the cost of the return shipment once approved.

  3. We receive the return within 14 days after this notice was given.

  4. The item is returned in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place, and packed in the original tissue paper. Due to the intimate nature of our knitwear pieces, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.

  5. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.

  6. The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

 

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or return of the package.

**Please note that, for personal hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on products such as face masks, and underwear. All Sample Sale, Flash Sale, and Final Sale (-70%) items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.

We will always try to be as swift as possible, refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
